In addition, you can seek professional treatment from a counselor or therapist. This can be a huge step toward recovery from a gambling disorder. Moreover, you can also consider undergoing therapy that uses evidence-based approaches, like cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. This can help you change the way you think and feel about gambling and teach you coping strategies to prevent relapse.
